Dear Sirs,
I just listened to an excellent teaching on John 1:1-5 and am very impressed. I do two Bible studies a week at the Lower Buckeye Jail (Arizona's largest) and have done so for the last 9 years. What I heard from your Pastor/Teacher deeply touched me and it’s the stuff I wish to convey to both the inmates and those attending a weekly Bible study I'm involved in at a neighbor's house every Tuesday evening.
I listen to your podcast every day at work, at home, and before church. I have listened to all of them more than once. I want you to know that your understanding of the Word and your commitment to the faith is such an encouragement and a blessing. I am learning to fall in love with scripture and Jesus all over again through your works and dedication to Christ. With tears in my eyes, I want to thank you for allowing me to worship God with you every day. It has changed my life and given me a ...
Hi Pastor. We have not met. I came across your (Return to the Word) sermons and Bible teachings from a Pandora program, and although I do not claim to be any type of biblical scholar, I would like to thank you in particular for teaching what I would consider disciplined sermons on the proper meaning and intent of God's scripture. Also as an added compliment the interjected humor and similes for more emphatic and vivid descriptions in your articulations are especially effective. (I enjoyed the ...
Thank you for your podcast. It helps me gain more knowledge of the Bible as I drive home nigh ...
I came across your radio program and I have been so blessed. I just started listening recently and I believe that God has been trying to get my attention. Your bible teachings have cleared up a lot of things I've had struggles with. I want to grow deeper in God's grace and truth. (Comments shortened for length)
Mark, you don't know me, but I have listened to all of your Return to the Word studies and plan to do so as many times as I can until I know the Word of God as well as you do. I can't thank you enough for your works. I found Return to the Word in a very despairing time in my life, but I held on to my faith and began to practice my faith through my works. I know the true praise belongs to the Lord, but your sermons are what led me to the strongest relationship with Jesus thus far in my journey....
Pastor Mark’s teaching influenced my then atheist husband. My husband started listening to him during the height of the Pandemic lock-down. I have been saved and a believer for years now but it was actually my husband who introduced me to this podcast. Pastor Mark’s teaching and situational stories speaks to my soul. Definitely an instrument of God. Now my husband and I are part of a growing church and are also serving. Just like what Pastor Mark said on his study of the book of Philippians, ...
I felt the need to reach out to you as we ground our beliefs on the same basis. I adore your podcast and listen often. The podcast from 05/03/2016 you concluded by asking your listeners to reach out and say hi! So here I am listening for the first time, responding to you years later and saying hi from New York. Thank you, I look forward to the episodes to come. (Comments shortened for length)
Dear Pastor Mark,
You do not know me, but God used you to save me. I am 53 years old. I have been a bad person and have done some very bad things all my adult life. Just recently, my sister moved to Texas, where I live. She has been walking with the Lord for some time. She would preach to me every time she saw me, and I would listen. One day, we were eating dinner, and she said I should get baptized. I thought about it in my head. That night, I had a bad experience. Something visited me, and ...
Hello,
My name is Alicia and I live in Australia. I have been recently listening to your Return to the Word program and I just wanted to write and let you know how much it means to me. It has truly been a blessing to be able to find sound biblical teaching that I can listen to each week. That is something hard to find in my area.
I especially appreciate the in-depth teaching and biblical applications of God’s Word that Mr. Fontecchio provides in each message. The illustrations help God’s ...
Thank you for bringing out the true meaning of the Word. So much more of this is needed, especially at the top, so it can roll downhill. Thank you.
Thank you! Respected Pastor,
Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!
I heard your message/sermon, "Finding Your Identity in Christ." Praise God, it was
wonderfully exposited and presented. I am Blessed.
Hope to listen to more of the Word of God through your voice.
Thank ...
Just a word of thanks for your podcasts. I found you on iHeartRadio, knowing that God works all things for His glory. I am thankful to have found your ministry.
My wife and I live here in Southern California and attend Calvary Chapel in Rancho Cucamonga (yes there is a place, as Jack Benny used to joke).
So in closing, we appreciate the Word as it goes forth, and may the Lord continue to bless. I have been listening for a couple of days, and just finished, "What Does God think about You" ...
Thank you Pastor Mark for being a message of hope, especially now.
Thanks for the more frequent uploads as of late. Even if only one is saved by your ministering the Gospel of Jesus and sharing studies of God's Word, it is worth it! One is worth the cheers and applause of the angels. You led me to renewing my faith, and my true rebirth in Christ Jesus. Thank you for your dedication and love for God and His commandments! It is flowing from you like a river of living water! God bless and Godspeed, brother!
Thank you for the podcast, I listen to it most nigh ...
I drive a truck, with many hours spent on the road I have wasted time with mindlessness until recently I found..... no God brought your ministry into my life. I now spend my time with the words of your Bible study immersed in God's Word, instructions, and love. Thank you for answering God's calling to spread His eternal Word. May God bless you fully and in His perfect wi ...
I have been listening to your sermons via the Pandora App every week (or when there's a new sermon). I appreciate how you don't sugarcoat the Word. I appreciate how you remain humble (acknowledge your sin(s) too). I appreciate how your message doesn't sound like an advert using Christ and salvation as a selling point. I just wanted to really say I appreciate all your work. And thank you. I felt moved to encourage you and I send all my love. Your congregation is blessed. (Comments shortened for ...
